Besu QBFT Dashboard

Couldn't auto-load wallets.json / deployment.json (this page was likely opened as a file:// URL, which browsers block from reading local files). Serve this folder over HTTP instead, e.g. python3 -m http.server 8080 from the project root, then open http://localhost:8080/dashboard.html — or fill the fields below by hand.
